Adam Croswell Gedling was born and raised in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. Adam graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.). Adam went on to earn his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Toledo School of Law where he also served as the President of Phi Alpha Delta International Law Fraternity, Chairman of the Moot Court, and the coach of the Employment and Labor Law Moot Court team.
As the son of an attorney, Adam has been around the practice of law his entire life. Adam knew from an early age that he wanted to dedicate his life to learning the law so he can help individuals in need of legal assistance. Employees in particular are afforded certain protections under the law regarding workplace discrimination, harassment, and unpaid overtime. Adam is passionate about ensuring every employee’s rights are being upheld and that every employee is being fairly and accurately compensated for their hard work.
Adam is committed to working diligently and vigorously with every client to ensure they are being protected under the law. Adam understands that it can be both emotionally and financially daunting for employees to assert their rights, so to help alleviate some of the financial burden individuals may already be experiencing, Adam provides free consultations and contingency fee agreements (we will not receive any compensation unless you do).
Adam looks forward to speaking with you and discussing your employment-related legal issue(s).
Adam is a member of the Ohio Employment Lawyers Association (OELA), which is an association of attorneys who promote the interests of individual employees. Adam is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA).
